Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing Construction Projects, ensuring their successful completion within scope, time, and budget. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating various project elements, managing stakeholders, and maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
Job Description
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining the scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Communicate project goals and objectives to the project team and stakeholders.
Budget Management:
- Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety standards.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to promote a safe working environment.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and reviews to identify and address issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in real estate development operations, project management, and team leadership.
- PMP or PMI Certification
- Minimum 5 years professional experience
- Fluent native English written and spoken with additional language proficiency an asset
- Strong built portfolio in residential projects (especially in Bali)
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in applying for building permits (PBG and SLF) is a plus
- Resides in Bali, or willing to relocate to Bali
