WE'RE HIRING A PROJECT MANAGER (OWNER REPRESENTATIVE)
Requirements:
Domicile in Bali
A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
Fluent in English both spoken & written
At least 2 years of working experience in the Building and Construction industry
Required Skill(s): CAD, Microsoft Office, SketchUp
Positive attitude, responsible, honest, energetic, organized person, and good team player
Job Description:
Coordinating and supervising construction workers as owner-representative
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring the specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress, and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings
Maintaining quality control procedures
Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
Resource and team management, managing and controlling contractors and departments, schedule, and cost control.
