Uraian Tugas

Handle daily Content Operations on the WeTV app focusing on Indonesia's local market
Support content product development by acquiring, reviewing, and editing data
Support content intake and upkeep in the backend content management system
Manage title listings, promotion scheduling, content hero image copy
Manage to copywrite in the app to engage the users
Cross-collaborate with the teams to streamline workflow, improving efficiency and quality
Establishing effective communication, integrating hot spot content, and allocating promotion resource

Strong passion for on-demand shows and dramas, Chinese content would be highly desirable
Minimum 3 years experience in digital content development, operations, planning, and distribution
Working knowledge of content product workflows
Demonstrated skills in making good and engaging copywriting
Be initiative with the ability to drive the content and plans collaboratively and independently
Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously under stringent time frames and changing priorities and conditions
Fluency in Mandarin (min. of HSK 5)
