Contract Coordinator

We are looking for motivated and skilled candidate for the Position of Contract Manager. Responsibilities of the Contract Manager shall be as follows:

JOB RESPONSABILITIES

• Preparing tenders for subcontractors Following up and managing the tender process 
• Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of contracts
• Monitor the progress of the contracts.
• Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, and legal teams 
• Overseeing invoicing terms and condition for all contracts

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Perfect Knowledge of English
• Possess Bachelor’s in Legal (preferred), Technology, Engineering, or Business studies 
• Have strong analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills
• Able to understand technical aspects of the project
• Commercial experience of at least 5 years , especially regarding tendering, contract formulation and order processing
• Familiarity & knowledge of construction in preferred 
• Legal understanding of contract implications
• High attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adhesion to the Ellipse Projects’ code of conduct
