We are currently offering a career opportunity in the Contract Logistics Department for the position of:

Contract Logistics Management Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Execute assigned tasks and provide support in day-to-day operations.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and educational opportunities.
• Observe and learn from seasoned staff members.
• Acquire an understanding of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Assist managers in performance evaluations, involving report writing, data analysis, or presentations.
• Engage in corporate strategic planning.
• Achieve the objectives and targets set at the commencement of the traineeship.
• Prepare documents and maintain records.
• Learn about conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings as an observer.
• Travel to different offices, warehouses, or projects as needed to actively participate in daily operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, information systems, engineering, or a related field; other majors will be considered.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) and Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) for daily communication.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to learning.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver's license (Class C/A).
