Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred.
- Proven experience in sales management within the Contract Logistics or supply chain industry, with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Contract Logistics services, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Contract Logistics segment.
- Lead the sales team in identifying and acquiring new clients for Contract Logistics services.
- Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, margins, and client acquisition rates.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate customer requirements, service expectations, and feedback to internal teams.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly.
