Qualifications :

Aged max. 28 years old. Education min. Senior high school or vocational school preferably a graduate in Hospitality, Culinary or F&B
Having 2 years experience in COOK 1 & COOK 2 Japanese Food Restaurant ALL YOU CAN EAT is preferred
Understand KPI Operational Restaurant and Employee's Performance Appraisal
Proactive, strong in leadership and responsible
Mastering daily operations, especially maintaining product quality, maintain production needs and kitchen cleanliness
Have good basic cooking skills
Able to communicate effectively and be target oriented
Able to work in a team
Agile, neat and responsible
Willing to work under shift schedule including weekend and public holidays
Willing to be placed at Surabaya
