Qualifications :
- Aged max. 28 years old. Education min. Senior high school or vocational school preferably a graduate in Hospitality, Culinary or F&B
- Having 2 years experience in COOK 1 & COOK 2 Japanese Food Restaurant is preferred
- Understand KPI Operational Restaurant and Employee's Performance Appraisal
- Proactive, strong in leadership and responsible
- Mastering daily operations, especially maintaining product quality, maintain production needs and kitchen cleanliness
- Have good basic cooking skills
- Able to communicate effectively and be target oriented
- Able to work in a team
- Agile, neat and responsible
- Willing to work under shift schedule including weekend and public holidays
- Willing to be placed at Kimukatsu Restaurant Malang
- Tersedia jam fleksibel
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
