- Write and review Policies, Processes, training and manuals, focusing on LGPD, Anti-Corruption, Fraud, among others.
- Review the documents above when presented by other areas, with focus on the regulatory view.
- Interest in keeping up to date with industry regulations, regulations and laws.
- Offer support to the legal team and other areas. Respond to internal and user regulatory inquiries.
- Perform risk analysis, identify problems and propose solutions together with other areas.
- Conduct regulatory compliance reports
- Monitor regulatory reports to be made by other areas
- Understanding and analysis of data from the sector and other areas with an impact on compliance.
- Perform constant updating ensuring that the company as a whole remains in compliance
Requirements:
- Degree Required in Business Administration, law, and related areas.
- Professional Working English.
- Medium level of Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge.
- Experience with Compliance.
