About the Job

Job Description:

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationship with nationwide corporates and insurance clients with an objective to establish and maintain partnership with them
  • Manage the negotiation process with potential nationwide business partners
  • Work closely with other teams, including but not limited to other Commercial teams to determine product packages, pricing and marketing materials to used in approaching these business partners.
  • Review existing partnership with key business partners
  • Proactively identify trends in healthcare services based on patient data and other market information
  • Periodically review strategies taken to approach corporate and insurance accounts and recommendations to Business Development for further action

Requirement:

  • At least 5-8 years relevant healthcare industry experience in relationship management, business development or corporate development
  • Experience in dealing with insurance companies highly preferred
  • Highly developed decision-making ability, sharp discernment skills and ability to execute good judgment
  • strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate with all level of staff in a professional manner
  • Independent, motivated and excellent adaptability
  • Willing to be placed in our Head Office - Karawaci
