Job Description
- Responsible for the PM performance in each property.
- Analyzes energy consumption and reviews equipment performance.
- Handles QC & QS coordination for project renovations.
- Advices the best solutions & troubleshoots engineering problems.
- Reviews manpower planning and handles engineering audit.
- Interview property candidates, as well as handle other administrative needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree graduate is preferred.
- Experienced as engineering in a hospitality corporate office.
- Certified K3, minimally in general and technical.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Able to converse well in English.
