Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with the company's objectives and enhance its reputation.
• Work closely with leadership team to drive thought leadership communication including social media presence.
• Create compelling content for various communication channels, including internal newsletters, press releases, social media, and corporate announcements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all communication materials.
• Support the organization of corporate events, town hall meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and provide timely insights to internal stakeholders.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all communication materials reflect the company's values and brand identity.
• Assist in crisis communication management and contribute to the development of communication protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Communication or its equivalent. 
• 6+ years of experience in Corporate Communication ( B2B industry will be a beneficial).
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Leadership Skill, Strategic thinker with good business acumen.
• Possess a good Public Speaking skill.
• Ability to work and adapt effectively in the dynamic environment with good time management.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Good presentation skills.
