Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze of Erajaya Group financial performance on monthly basis
- Oversee and review to the budgets for each business department
- Report of any material finding in finance and operation of Erajaya Group
- Prepare and execute any Corporate Finance initiative (IPO, rights issue, bond, restructuring, etc.)
- Coordinate funding process with banks, maintain relationship with banks and secure bank facility (cash and non-cash facility)
- Manage Cash flow management, covenants, and capital structure monitoring
- Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation
- Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future
- Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed
- Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
- Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis
- Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk
- Contract auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date
Qualifications
- Advanced overseas degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field;
- Min 10-year experience in Capital Market, Financial Advisory, or Corporate Finance
- Excellent mathematical skills; leadership skills; management experience;
- Technical competency: Accounting, finance, financial analysis, valuation, basic rules of OJK and IDX, familiar with reading legal agreements, basic tax knowledge
- Integrity; honesty; understanding of data privacy standards;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Thorough understanding of business principles and practices;
