Corporate Financial Planning Manager

Requirement:  

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate finance role 
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, management, strategic corporate planning and budgeting 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines 
• Proficient in financial modelling tools, other financial software systems an Microsoft Office 
•  Big 4 advisory experience is preferred 

Job Description : 

• Ensure the role as a people manager in their work unit; 
• Prepare financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and sensitivity models to support strategic planning and risk assessment.
• Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Financial Analysis: 
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including profitability assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and financial modeling to support critical business decisions. 
• Generate insightful reports and presentations for senior management, providing clear and concise explanations of financial data and key performance indicators (KPI)
• Ensure that the activities of the work unit align with the established Work Plan and Budget (Rencana Kerja Anggaran); 
• Ensure the implementation of work unit activities is in accordance with the relevant management system applied by the Company; 
• Ensure the compliance of the implementation of their work unit's activities with legal regulations and internal Company rules; 
• Ensure the conduct of optimal alternative studies for idle funds that generate the most optimal returns; 
• Ensure the availability and determination of financing schemes for both the company's operational needs and upcoming projects; 
• Conduct a review of appropriate long-term financial strategies for the company; 
• Analyze and evaluate the company's financial position to maintain a healthy financial status; 
• Establish cooperation with reputable financial institutions; 
• Carry out work activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the established Work Plan and Budget (Rencana Kerja Anggaran).
