Corporate It Manager

• Determining strategies, planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating activities for developing information and communication technology infrastructure to support the company's business needs.
• Develop plan to implement new system / enhance existing one to meet changing business requirements – particularly with regards to new partnerships and integrations.
• Actively participating in strategic discussions with regards to IT road maps and IT budgeting by providing support with insights around maintaining governance and security.
• Ensuring Information Assets across all departments and business units are managed and maintained.
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Manage IT controls, including security concepts and terminology related to applications, databases, operating systems, and IT operations.
• Promote the motivation and commitment of the IT team (leadership)
• Provide clear described business value to the team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1), higher in Information Technology or related field.
2. Experience in Project Management is a must.
3. Preferably have experience handling ERP system migration, especially Oracle Netsuite
4. More than 5 years of experience in supervisory / managerial roles
5. Experience in the Retail Industry is a plus
6. Understand IT networking.
7. Having good leadership skills and experience of managing a team.
8. Having good problem solving skills, analytical and logical thinking.
9. Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor
