Corporate Legal Officer

Key responsibilities include:

• Bridging the problem of company legalization with third parties
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external advisors, public authorities, etc.) and create relationships of trust
• Oversee business developments related to agreements

Requirements:

• Minimum experience as legal Officer 3 years;
• Experience to handle company License and corporate document and public listed company;
• Having experience working in plantation company/retail company/mining company/holding company
