Corporate Legal Officer

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the legal aspects of company business
• Prepare, review, maintain and provide advice on all company legal documents (permits, contracts, client agreements, etc)
• Monitoring the Company's reporting obligations including permits (parties/institutions that authorized) based on applicable laws and regulations.
• Safeguard company reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines
• Give legal advice to management about all relevant issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law
• Proven experience as a Corporate Legal in business environment min 2 years
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law, company license/ business permits regulation and procedures in Indonesia
• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Outstanding communication skills
• Have PERADI License will be advantage
