Qualifications & experience
- Fluent in English
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers) and basic administrative tasks.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages when necessary
- Coordinating appointments and scheduling meetings for executives and staff members
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed.
