Provide information on available properties and guide clients through the decision-making process.
Property Promotion:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties.
Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures and online listings.
Utilise digital platforms and social media to increase property visibility.
Property Tours:
Conduct property tours for potential buyers, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.
Provide detailed information about the neighbourhood, amenities, and other relevant factors.
Negotiation:
Negotiate and finalise property transactions between buyers and sellers.
Mediate discussions between parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Documentation:
Prepare and review property-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and closing statements.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive real estate activities.
Analyse and report on market conditions to help clients make informed decisions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Follow up with clients post-sale to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in Property Sales or real estate is highly desirable.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful property transactions.
Proven ability to build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using real estate software and digital marketing tools.
Professional Appearance: A polished and professional appearance, as the role involves client-facing interactions.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws/regulations.
Own transport.
Preferably domicile in Bali.
