Uraian Tugas

  1. Client Consultation:

  • Meet with clients to determine their property preferences, budget, and requirements.

  • Provide information on available properties and guide clients through the decision-making process.

  1. Property Promotion:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listed properties.

  • Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures and online listings.

  • Utilise digital platforms and social media to increase property visibility.

  1. Property Tours:

  • Conduct property tours for potential buyers, highlighting key features and addressing inquiries.

  • Provide detailed information about the neighbourhood, amenities, and other relevant factors.

  1. Negotiation:

  • Negotiate and finalise property transactions between buyers and sellers.

  • Mediate discussions between parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

  1. Documentation:

  • Prepare and review property-related documents, including contracts, agreements, and closing statements.

  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

  1. Market Research:

  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitive real estate activities.

  • Analyse and report on market conditions to help clients make informed decisions.

  1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Follow up with clients post-sale to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

  2. Prior experience in Property Sales or real estate is highly desirable.

  3. Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as  presentation skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.

  1. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful property transactions.

  2. Proven ability to build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts.

  3. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using real estate software and digital marketing tools.

  4. Professional Appearance: A polished and professional appearance, as the role involves client-facing interactions.

  5. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

  6. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws/regulations.

  7. Own transport.

  8. Preferably domicile in Bali.

Persyaratan minimum:

    • Kamis: Pagi, Siang
    • Jum'at: Pagi, Siang
  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
  • Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
