Corporate Recruitment Staff

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates
• Arrange test & interview
• Conduct psychological test
• Scoring & interpretation result
• Administration tasks

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from Psychology
• Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point)
• Familiar using Psychological test tools (TIKI, APM, DISC, Papikostick, Kraeplin, Pauli), skoring & behavioral interview
• Communicative, detail, able to work under pressure, eager to learn & pleasant personality
• Good command in English both spoken & written
• Willing to work in Saturday (twice a month)
• Willing to traveling & placement in Head Office Cibitung – Bekasi
