AlamatJob Responsibility:
- Responsible to compile training activity reports, analyse the achievement of training delivery versus training plan, and provide development program based on the report being made
- Create, Design and Deliver Training Curriculum & Materials needed according to the brand activity calendar and guidelines
- Ensure all training and/or assesment delivery methods are engaging for a diverse range of learning styles and reflect contemporary adult learning approaches including digital and social media
- Assist each training participant to reach his/her maximum potentials especially the ones that leads to sales performance through individual encouragement and high quality
- Perform other duties as requested, in a timely, professional, empathetic, accurate manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree all major (IPK Min. 3,00)
- Possess working experiences minimum 2 years as Trainer in beauty field/ cosmetic brands
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, on-the-job/in classroom/ online training, workshops & simulations) in retail company
- Natural Influencer; one that always challenges the norm to drive through creative solutions and has the commerciality to ensure we are maximizing our business portfolio at all times
- Dynamic worldview, shaped by real experiences, real ambitions, and a real passion for bringing positive change
- Passionate and curious about skin care, makeup, fashion and lifestyle updates
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Excellent in computer literate (Ms. Office Programs, especially Power Point)
