Cost Control Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Cost Control procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily expenses, including food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and overheads.
• Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish budgetary targets and monitor performance against targets.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory, purchasing, and other cost-related processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to department managers on Cost Control best practices.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on cost performance for senior management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in cost management and hospitality finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Previous experience in Cost Control, financial analysis, or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and industry-specific cost drivers is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Cisarua - Bogor.
