Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Cost Control procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily expenses, including food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and overheads.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish budgetary targets and monitor performance against targets.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, purchasing, and other cost-related processes to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to department managers on Cost Control best practices.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on cost performance for senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in cost management and hospitality finance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in Cost Control, financial analysis, or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and industry-specific cost drivers is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Cisarua - Bogor.
