with the qualifications:

1. 3 years’ experience in project cost control, strong management, communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Self-directed and highly-motivated.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
4. Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English language.
6. High computer literacy and good working knowledge of relevant cost software
7. Proficient in Xero & Ms. Excel

Key Responsibility :

1. Understand the corporate specific cost procedures and carry out all work in accordance with these.
2. Study and understand all relevant corporate documents relating to cost management.
3. Work with all relevant corporate personnel to ensure that cost control procedures are in place.
4. Assist in setting up corporate with Computerized Cost System upon agreed format.
5. Reviewing cost commitment and expenditure information for all cost elements, for input to the computerized cost control and reporting system on a consistent basis and ensuring that all information received is accurate and correctly input.
6. Producing regular reports and advising management of any forecast cost overruns as soon as possible to allow corrective actions to be taken in a timely manner.
7. Highlighting cost areas of concern and suggesting areas of improvement.
8. Liaising with related depatments in regards to establishing weekly and monthly evaluation of work done, goods received, and services rendered for invoice preparation and verification.
9. Fix Asset & Inventory Control
