Cost Controller

Job Scope :

• Conduct regular financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Prepare accurate financial forecasts and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including direct labor, overhead, and material expenses.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce wastage.
• Implement and maintain cost accounting systems and processes to ensure accurate tracking of costs.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, company policies.
• Assist in coordinating internal and external audits and address any audit-related issues.
• Oversee inventory management processes to ensure proper valuation and accurate tracking.
• Work with the logistics team to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.
• Oversee the preparation of financial documents for audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Proven experience as a Plant Controller, Costing Controller, Financial Controller, or similar role in Hospitality Field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5 years of experience in similar position.
