Job Scope :
- Conduct regular financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare accurate financial forecasts and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including direct labor, overhead, and material expenses.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce wastage.
- Implement and maintain cost accounting systems and processes to ensure accurate tracking of costs.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, company policies.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external audits and address any audit-related issues.
- Oversee inventory management processes to ensure proper valuation and accurate tracking.
- Work with the logistics team to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.
- Oversee the preparation of financial documents for audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
- Proven experience as a Plant Controller, Costing Controller, Financial Controller, or similar role in Hospitality Field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in similar position.
