👑 Job Role

• Manage the design and development of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time.
• Lead a team of designers and developers, providing guidance and direction to ensure projects are completed successfully
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring that creative projects are completed according to timeline.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure creative projects are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise.

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, communication, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a creative leadership role, leading a team of designers and developers.
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
