Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy of customer information by updating databases within the CRM system.
- Communication and Support: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate targeted marketing campaigns dan respond to inquiries
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze CRM data for customer behavior insights, generating reports to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
- Open to any major, eager to explore and learn something new (preferably engineering)
- Have analytical skills to analyze data and to create data-driven initiative
- Comfortable with numbers and data analysis
- Interested in CRM field and analytical system
- Able to commit for 3 month programme
- Willing to work from office at TB Simatupang, South Jakarta
