Qualifications
- Age 25-35 years
- Minimal Bachelor Degree
- Familiar with Customer Management platforms and comfortable with the use of marketing technology
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Customer Relations Management
Responsibilities
- Carry out marketing activities by penetrating the market and identifying customer needs in offering V-Kool Product
- Communicate benefits to customers to increase engagement and satisfaction with V-Kool
- Create and maintain relationships between V-Kool and Customers
- Manage customer accounts according to predetermined standard conditions
Provide services to customers according to applicable service standards
