Who are we looking for?
We're seeking a dynamic CRO Manager who can transform our digital landscape. The ideal candidate is adept at developing and executing comprehensive CRO strategies.
Your forte lies in enhancing website user experiences through continuous testing, running impactful experiments, and optimizing marketing strategies across channels.
If you excel at performing UX reviews, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and extracting meaningful insights from analytics platforms, you're the innovator we're looking for.

You will be responsible for :
- Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
- Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy.
- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online and social media.
- Participating in product development, pricing and supporting new product launches.
- Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.
- Working closely with the business to create an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan in line with business objectives.
- Developing and executing content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention.
- Developing and managing the editorial calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
- Generating engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms and marketing collateral.
- Managing relationships with external marketing agencies.
- Ensuring consistency of brand voice, style and tone across all content.
- Planning and executing CRM, marketing automation and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Using customer insights to construct effective CRM campaigns.
- Measuring, monitoring and analysing effectiveness of email marketing activities against goals (ROI & KPIs).
Ideal Profile
- Passionate about CRO / SEO : At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CRO / UX roles & working knowledge of CRO best practices and trends with proven success in previous CRO efforts.
- Conversational English : Your grasp of conversational English allows you to engage comfortably in our international environment.
- Independent and Curious : Autonomy and eagerness to learn are important to you. You take ownership of your role and contribute to our collective success.
