Job Description


  • To support front liner for inquiries about Group Health, Group Life, Pension & Saving, Credit Life and Micro Insurance
  • To do the quality control process
  • To follow up the outstanding cases
  • Interactive and creative needed
Job Requirements:
  • Preferable has Insurance knowledge
  • Good in data analyzing
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office), Opus System, EzCap system
  • Good personality, able to work with tight deadline and underpressure, well organized and good in working as a team.
