- To support front liner for inquiries about Group Health, Group Life, Pension & Saving, Credit Life and Micro Insurance
- To do the quality control process
- To follow up the outstanding cases
- Interactive and creative needed
- Preferable has Insurance knowledge
- Good in data analyzing
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office), Opus System, EzCap system
- Good personality, able to work with tight deadline and underpressure, well organized and good in working as a team.
