Job Requirement :
- Bachelor degree in any major are welcome.
- Proficient in Google Workspace especially in Spreadsheet operation is a must.
- Having experience in customer service field is a plus .
- Having experience in brokerage / financial industry is a plus .
- Fluent in English is a plus .

Job Description :
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly and accurately.
- Performing initial verification of transaction notifications created by customers, such as bank / wallet checking, calculating amounts, checking metadata, update in dashboard admin, etc.
- Requesting and reporting customer withdrawals as per predetermined schedule.
- Managing and being responsible for email correspondence.
- Assisting in account registration and verification
- Facilitating internal transfers.
- Contribute to the completion of other tasks / requests and actively participate in team collaboration.
