Job Purpose :
Will engage in marketing, sales, and awareness-building activities on a nationwide scale, enhancing the value of the Lesaffre brand and expanding the company's business through creation of new market as well as Increase brand awarness, Product visibility & customer engagement.
Responsibilities :
- Report to Marketing Manager
- Build a good relationship with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as : online and offline events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, NPL, etc
- Connecting with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
- Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer initiatives
- Planning and manage the marketing events, promotion, and sampling events
- Analysis the events and report to the Superior
- Scheduling monthly promotion calendar and prepare report
- Arrange the seminar, events, trade show, promotions, and presentation
- Supervision the agency for sampling and other activities (if any)
- Assist with the product launches activities
- Other activities as required by Business Development Team
- Manage sponsorship from customer and third party
- Drive regular management and reporting against performance of all the activities or campaigns to identify opportunities, areas for improvement and measure ROI
- Developing contents and sales tools to engage customers collaborate with Marketing Specialist
- Develop marketing collateral, e-newsletters and other print materials, i.e. brochures, fact sheets, posters, etc
- Develop creative marketing communication materials and collateral (print and digital) for company and products or brands to support Management
- Actively working with sales team and distributors to support, plan and execute campaign, promotion, product launches
- Conducting consumer market research when relevant, to support trends and data analysis
