Junior Executive - Customs Brokerage (Semarang Area)

Key Responsibilities :

• Liaising with related parties for custom brokerage process (Import and Export)
• Thorough checking and verification of import/export-related documents
• Prompt and accurate PEB/PIB Data Entry on Customs System
• Knowledge of HS Codes
• Complete assigned tasks within a company-set KPIs
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required by Management
• Maintain professionalism in the workplace

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• Familiar with manifest submission and redress process
• Proficiently English (Written and Spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Experience Minimal 1-3 years in the Customs Brokerage/EDI
• Understand Shipping & customs clearance process
• Having a PPJK Certificate will be an added advantage
• Capable of submitting PIB / PEB on CEISA 4.0
