Junior Executive – Documentation Ocean Export (Logistic/Freight Forwarding)

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the execution of Export documentation (House and Master Bills of Lading, Manifest for shipments originating in the region to destinations globally, which include letters of credit shipments, commercial invoices.)
• Process shipment data on CargowiseOne system.
• Work according to strict timelines, achieve KPI/SLA.
• Ensure that all Documentation meets respective country regulations.
• Submitting EDI, Pre-Alerts, EDI, DN/CN to Local /Overseas.
• Adhere to all SOPs, Compliance Procedures, and Work Instructions.
• Submitting Data/Documents to carriers as necessary for exports
• Responsible for filing records
• Transacting of daily shipments
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications – Diploma.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Fluency in Languages – English is Mandatory (Written/Spoken)
• Required Skill(s): CargowiseOne, Computer Literate including knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good Interpersonal Skills, Strong verbal/written communication skills, Ability to Multi-Task.
• Age between 20 - 30.
• Preferably serving currently as Junior Executive / Executive specialized in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry.
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Basic computer skills, and Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel skills.
