Job & Responsibility
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times through the website / ecommerce / market / application, social chat & chat application (wa / line)
- Respond to customer questions immediately
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Provide feedback about the efficiency of the Customer Service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
- Responsible for achieving sales targets through average sales and repeat customers
Requirement
- Minimum education of SMA / K or Diploma or Bachelor
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similiar position
- Has experience in the field of Customer Service via digital chat such as website / ecommerce / marketplace / application, social chat & chat application (wa / line)
- Having experience using systems like Qiscuss / Freshdesk / Zendesk
- Having experience increasing conversion rates via chat
- Having experience to achieve sales target using the method of up selling or cross selling
- Has a good communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skill
- Skincare enthusiast
- Willing to work shifting time
