Requirements
• Placement at Spilla Jewelry Yogyakarta• Female, maximum 27 years old and unmarried• Minimum D3 / S1 graduate (preferably from hospitality / tourism)• Passionate about the service / hospitality industry• Experience as CS Offline / frontliner hotel / SPG• Good communication skills• Ability to handle complaints• Integrity-oriented• Cheerful, friendly, and polite• Diligent, detail-oriented, and quick learner of new things
