- Responsible to handle Complaint & respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Provide assist & solution to meet customer needs.
- Delivering product & services information with company’s standards and regulations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responsible to achieve KPI targets.
Requirement:
- Minimum D3 / S1 any major with minimum GPA 2.75
- Experience minimum 1 year in Call Center Inbound/ Live chat
- Communicative and Discipline
- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
- Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA
