SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY
Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Kemang, South Jakarta
Salary: Rp 4.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000
Atlas Indonesia is seeking experienced hires in Customer Service with minimum 1 year experience and a minimum education of 3-year diploma degree (D3)
Our Operations Center (OC) is comprised of approximately 10 agents based in our Ampera headquarters in South Jakarta. Our OC is further divided into 2 teams that perform specific communication support, and quality control duties that are critical to the smooth operations of our busy online service that handles of daily roadside assistance rescue service.
If accepted into this position, you will undergo 1-2 weeks of classroom training. Afterward, you will be placed into one of our teams with mentors who will help further guide you. Expect to receive regular evaluations and feedback in order to provide you with a roadmap to keep improving and growing as a professional.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Minimum education of a 3-year diploma degree (D3) or above
- GPA 3.0 or higher
- All majors are welcome to apply, Communication is preferred.
- Good English skills
- Good speaking and writing skills

- Willing to work on shifted schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Customer Service representatives
- Train and develop team members to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Analyze data to track performance and make informed decisions
- Effective communication involves clear, empathetic, and respectful expression, attentive listening, and adaptability to ensure understanding and mutual engagement
