Customer Service Officer

Job Scope:

Responsible for customer inquiry.

Job Responsibility:

• Call customers to re-confirmation destination, volume, and commodity.
• Create booking in DCS if any manual booking.
• Check/update connecting vessel with SINTSM (Liner) – new cs.
• Send email to customer for update schedule, vessel.
• Check and update schedule with operator vessel.
• Check and create daily booking for update shipping instruction.
• Create biweekly forecast report.
• Check and update status booking in DCS.
• Check and update status shipment in DCS.
• Create new customer in DCS.
• Check approval free-time in DCS – sales job’s.
• Create quotation in DCS – sales job’s.
• Send email to customer if vessel delay – if any.
• Create monthly report – sales job’s
• Create SALES MONITORING Report – sales job’s
• Create SUB WMR Report – sales job’s 
• Create SUB MMR COC Report – sales job’s
• Create COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES Report – sales job’s
• Create DG Report – sales job’s
• Create IFS SOC and COC Report – sales job’s.
• Create BSA Report – sales  job’s
• Request space to partner if any.
• Preparing DG Competitor Report – sales job’s
• Check and update cancel booking in DCS.
• Request special cargo approval to HQ .
