Position: Front Office
Location: Sunset Dental Clinic Bali, Bali
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 8 working hours
Job Description:
- Welcoming and serving guests and patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information to patients.
- Assisting patients in completing forms and clinic administration processes.
- Receiving payments from patients and providing appropriate receipts.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the front office area.
- Coordinating with medical teams and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education of D1 or equivalent.
- Experience in a front office or Customer Service position would be a plus.
- Communicative, friendly, and possessing good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in office applications.
- Ability to work in a team and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends if required.
