Responsibilities:
- Respond to the customers on the company's social media platforms (e.g. Xiao Hongshu and WeChat)
- Answer customers’ inquiries regarding the company’s services as well as products
- Handle clients’ bookings
- Create invoices and collect payments
- Collect data of clients who want to go on the trip
- Update all relevant information regarding the clients
- Create the trip groups and send a refined itinerary
- Give a welcoming and closing speech on each event
- Assist on upselling the services
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Mandarin
- Proven 3 years of working experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role in the travel industry
- Has previous experience in Scuba Diving would be a plus
- Interested in outdoor activities
- Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (e.g. Xiao Hongshu and Wechat Official) would be a plus
- Has a certification in diving would be a plus
- Self-starter, proactive and incredibly friendly
- Very well organized
- Great Customer Service and social skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a natural desire for learning and willingness to improve
- Willing to relocate to Tulamben
