Job Mission :

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
• Provide accurate information about our products/services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Act as a brand ambassador by representing Bali Home Immo positively and professionally.
