Qualification :
- Minimum D3 / S1 any major OR
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Experience minimum 1 year in Call Center Inbound, Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Fluent in English both of Written and Speaking
- Communicative
- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
- Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA
Responsible :
- Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
- Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
- Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
- Complete All Chat Logs
- Updating customers profile into computer
- Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of Customer Service
- Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
