Looking for Customer Services Specialist Only Based in Bali for our rapid-growing company. We seek young, energetic, smart, and well-mannered individuals who will join us.
This position is responsible
- Provide Customers about Product and Service Information.
- Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
- Manage daily orders
- Input payments such as cash and online payment
- Communicate with our clients in the most professional manners
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
This person must possess great English skills both verbal and written, must be able to multi-task, must be able to play a good role in a team, must be responsible/able to hold the accountability for their actions, and able to work overtime if needed. You can choose to work in the morning shift or evening shift if you prefer. We need a quick learner and great time management. And preferably someone who has related experience in each field.. Requirements and skills
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
