Uraian Tugas

1)  Core Responsibilities :

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts/partner, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices to grow partner portfolio.
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow among operation team and all department, to ensure all partner request are delivered in timely manner.
  • Assist Customer Success Lead for prepared data point in the upcoming partner meetings.
  • Assist Customer Success Lead prepare documentation and compiles data from several sources of information such as (activity report, payment report, etc)
  • Maintain a good relationship with partner and boost customer referrals and develop case studies.
  • Contact partner to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Provides general administrative assistance to Sales Department
  • Stay up to date with new products and features.
  • In charge of monitoring the invoices process

2)  Qualification & Skills :

  • Fresh Graduate / 1-2 years of experiences
  • Fluent in MS. Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Having experiences in reconciling various data 
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Team Player
