1) Core Responsibilities :
- Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts/partner, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices to grow partner portfolio.
- Facilitate interaction and workflow among operation team and all department, to ensure all partner request are delivered in timely manner.
- Assist Customer Success Lead for prepared data point in the upcoming partner meetings.
- Assist Customer Success Lead prepare documentation and compiles data from several sources of information such as (activity report, payment report, etc)
- Maintain a good relationship with partner and boost customer referrals and develop case studies.
- Contact partner to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Provides general administrative assistance to Sales Department
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- In charge of monitoring the invoices process
2) Qualification & Skills :
- Fresh Graduate / 1-2 years of experiences
- Fluent in MS. Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Having experiences in reconciling various data
- Good Communication Skills
- Team Player
