Responsibilities
• Develop key monitoring metrics which can serve as useful performance and risks indicators• Create clear and clean data dashboards for management reporting• Analyze data critically, form logical conclusions, and work on various strategies for process improvement and optimization• Participate and support ad-hoc onboard projects requiring extensive quantitative data analysis and data-heavy reporting• Ensure proper execution and oversight of selected onboard initiatives• Collaborate with other departments and develop clear operational understanding of various activities and institute realistic and practical onboard controls
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience in onboarding/credit underwriting; with a focus on data analysis and dashboard creation, especially in financing industry• Prior experience with CRM platforms and Google Workspace• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and data-heavy environment• Good communicator, team player, and able to work well in a cross-cultural team• Task-oriented with strong prioritization skills• Strong proficiency in English• Strong critical and logical thinking
