- Conduct meeting and requirement analysis with the users, Customer-facing experience – ability to communicate using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on).
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into data requirements. Customer-facing experience – ability to communicate using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on).
- Provide solutions or alternatives to business challenges and using data.
- Ensures high-level solutions & feasibility then communicates the details and impact to user and IT personnel.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to design and implement data solutions.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and other documentation especially related to design (e.g: MOM & BRD).
- Design reports and performance measurement dashboards to support Business.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Provide effort & timeline, prioritizes backlog & overall demand management.
- Establishing communication and providing support to other work units to achieve effective cross-division cooperation.
- Conduct testing (SIT, UAT) related to the project.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree with a related field such as business, economics, or Computer Science.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manipulate large data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
