Responsibilities:
- Update & maintain information on the company database
- Compile, verify, and review data deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
Requirements:
- Minimum a high school graduate
- Available for at least 3 months
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Experience using office equipment, like printer and scanner
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skill
