Position Overview:
As a Data Entry Intern, you will get the chance to obtain valuable hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize accounting software to accurately input financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
• Assist in the organization and categorization of financial data within the accounting system to facilitate easy retrieval and analysis.
• Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial data security and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Basic understanding of databases and data management principles is preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
