- Coordinate with appropriate teams for the resolution of privacy and security queries, concerns, requests, and complaints.
- Monitor and track the end-to-end process or privacy and security queries, concerns, requests, and complaints.
- Create monthly and ad hoc operational reports.
- Recommend privacy support process improvements.
- Improve the company’s privacy compliance posture by leading and participating in information security and Data Privacy-related audits and compliance initiatives.
- Engage in continuous Data Privacy training and education.
- Perform all other duties and tasks that will promote information security and Data Privacy.
- Perform other duties and tasks that will promote Data Privacy and security and uphold the rights of data subjects.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Legal Director from time to time.
