Responsibilities
• Understand Privy’s requirements and obligations under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations• Develop and implement data protection policies, procedures, and guidelines within Privy• Work with relevant departments to integrate data protection measures into their processes• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for new projects or systems involving personal data processing• Maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) and other relevant compliance documents• Conduct internal periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of data protection measures within Privy
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university• Strong understanding of Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations• Legal or compliance background with minimum 1 year experience preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders• Analytical and problem-solving skills• Certification in data protection (e.g., Certified Information Privacy Professional - CIPP) is an advantage
